Easter Arrived Early

This is a picture of all the presents that arrived from Amy's. I did not know what to look at first. So many wonderful things. All the evertites are for The Thanksgiving House. Also received the first lesson with guide and threads for the House. Amy sent us a beautiful magnet as a thank you for participating in the Thanksgiving House Home Study. Cannot wait to get started but it will have to wait until Monday when I get home from Baltimore. Also in the box was the last lesson for The Christmas Banner. I got the third Fairy Tale Witch, Luella, along with guide and threads. I also got the &More canvas Stitch, Eat, Love - stitch guide and threads to come. I also got accessories - embroidery serrated scissors and the leaf thread pallet from Amy. I am so upset that I am not going to have time to play with and enjoy all my new treasures since I am leaving for Baltimore tomorrow. I will have a lot to entertain me next week. I have the week off from Nana Day care so I will have time to play. Forgot to mention the Back to Basics DVD. I might take them with my portable DVD player to watch at night with Karen.

At our house, that would be all occasions! Wow. You are one lucky girl. Have a great time in Baltimore. I want to hear all about it. Shall we pace each other on the Thanksgiving House?

Hi Steph,
We could try but you will always be way ahead of me. I usually only get one hour and if I am lucky two hours of stitching time at night. Watching Jake has really cut into my stitching time.

I love getting packages also, regardless of which needlepoint shop they come from. You're a lucky lady tonight! Have fun with all of your treasures. I received Kit 4 today for my pear banner.

Well, I am fixing to start remodeling. Should keep me busy until summer. I find that looking at what other people are stitching inspires me to run pull mine out instead of vegetating.

Hey Linda,

Did Amy write a stitch guide for your & more canvas?

Hi Diane,
Amy will be doing a $15 stitch guide for this. She has not done it yet.

Big Wow from Calif. I'm waiting for my big package from Amy...the Banner and also the Thanksgiving House Guide and threads. Waiting patiently, hope it will be here on Mon. Also have a Creepy Character too.

It's always a good day when a package arrives from Amy. Your going to like those tapes. Got mine a week ago and have watched them a few times.

Have fun in Baltimore. Also hope you get some stitching time in on Monday
