Wonderful Weekend

What a wonderful time Karen and I had this weekend. It is hard to believe that tomorrow is our last day. The time went by way too quickly. We meet some new friends, had lots of laughs, great food and relaxing days stitching. I am going to be sorry to leave tomorrow.

Here are some pictures of my Winter Girl from Labors of Love. I stitched for two days but did not accomplish that much.

Overview of canvas

Her face which still needs eyebrows and some outline stitches.

The beginning of stitching the pansy - still have three steps to do.

Well I am going to turn in. Hope I sleep tonight.

Hi, Linda - This is such a beautiful canvas! I love her face and I probably would have stitched that first as well. Amy does such an incredible job with faces in her stitch guides. Can't wait to hear more about the trip!!

Hi Linda,
This canvas is going to be spectacular when it is finished and I can't wait to follow your progress. I always do the face first. I think it give life to the character as working on him or her. Please take a picture of Karen's canvas and Stephanie's canvas. I'm glad you had a great weekend. Hey, went out to Panera this morning for coffee. Great to get out of the house.
