The NYC Santa is almost done. I only have to finish some beading in the gold border. It will be done tonight and will post a completed picture tomorrow. Will then tell you all about my finishing idea.
Oh, Linda - I love this piece! I love all of the beading. I hadn't noticed Lady Liberty before this post. The shopping bag is wonderful as well - love the ribbon "tissue" at the top of the bag. I have a Kelly Clark Christmas basket canvas in my stash and seeing your piece makes me want to get it out and start stitching. I can't wait to see what you have in mind for the finishing.
